Ingredients:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup rum extract
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pineapple extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off
Put the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Stir the mixture every 30 seconds while heating it in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted
Plus a pinch of salt, mix in the coconut flakes, pineapple chunks, rum extract, coconut extract, and pineapple extract
Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it gets firm
When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan
Cut the fudge into squares or any other shape you like
